Let’s redefine ‘Good Mum’

…actually let’s not. Because a ‘good mum’ - being one, having one, becoming one - will look different for everyone. Mother Brand offers bespoke coaching for a reason, because one size simply doesn’t fit all.

What we can do is redefine what being a good mum looks like to you. We love to ask you questions, not give you the answers. We’ll deep dive into how things are for you right now, and how you want them to be different.

Good mums aren’t exhausted, burnt out, continually unhappy or resigned to things being awful. Good mums aren’t great all the time, but they recognise that the job that they’re doing is invaluable, important and most of all really challenging.

That’s why good mums learn early on to invest in themselves. Whether that’s learning to ask for help during the difficult sleep deprived newborn stage, or knowing that every few months you need to take yourself off for some serious time out.

Good mums might love being with their children 24/7 in the early years, whilst other good mums thrive in going back to work and coming home to tuck their children into bed and read them stories. We want to listen to you to find out what you need to keep the balance, stay healthy and excel in and enjoy your role as a mum.
