These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. Overview

These booking terms apply to all coaching services provided by Mother Brand Ltd ("the Company"). By booking a coaching session, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

The Company offers coaching sessions and packages delivered via Zoom or another widely available online meeting platform, which we’ll confirm with you when scheduling. Each session will last up to 55 minutes and will focus on the Client’s agreed topics and goals.

Coaching is a professional relationship intended to support the Client in achieving personal or professional goals. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, legal or medical advice. By continuing to book, you confirm that you understand and agree with this statement.

3. Responsibilities

• Clients remain responsible for their own well-being, decisions, actions and results.

• Coaching does not substitute for professional advice in financial, medical, legal, or mental health matters.

• Clients agree to show up, communicate honestly, and take part fully in the process to get the best from your sessions

4. Confidentiality

• Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially, subject to exceptions outlined in our Privacy Policy https://motherbrand.me/privacy

• Confidentiality may not apply if required by law or in circumstances involving immediate harm to self or others.

5. Scheduling and Payment

• Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and can be booked via our website. They can also be booked for mutually agreed times by the Coach.

• Sessions are payable in advance based on current pricing listed on the website.

• If a package or block of sessions has been purchased then these must be used before expiry, information of expiry and additional terms will be attached to your purchase.

• If a client is late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

• Additional time outside of sessions may be offered at an additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hrs in advance via the booking link in your confirmation email.

• Missed sessions without notice are billed in full.

• Clients that book a package of 5 or more sessions are entitled to one reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, please email us in this instance.

7. Termination

Either the Client or the Company may terminate the coaching relationship by providing two weeks written notice. Any pre-paid sessions that remain unused can not be refunded.

8. Limited Liability

Except as required by law, the Company makes no guarantees regarding results. The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for coaching services.

By ticking the acceptance box during the booking process and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Coaching Booking Terms.
